slighty irrelevant sorry, but here in Australia i have found the silk liners to be a godsend. when in a tent, couch-surfing, in a hammock or just sleeping under the stars in summer, when the very thought of zipping up your down sleeping bag makes you break out in a sweat, they allow for some privacy, minor warmth, but most importantly bug protection. there is only so much aero-guard you can put on before you kill mosquitoes by just breathing on them, thus a nice silk liner saves the day/(night)!
